Summary. The purpose of the study was to develop methods for rapid assessment of the functional readiness emergency rescue personnel.
Materials and methods of the study. To solve the set tasks, information and analytical methods of analysis and the results of previously conducted own research were used. They included the results of medical and psychophysiological examinations of the personnel of the Moscow Regional Fire and Rescue Service. The level of psychophysiological adaptation (PFA) was assessed using the hardware and software complex PFS-CONTROL, developed by specialists of State Research Center – Burnasyan Federal Medical Biophysical Center of Federal Medical Biological Agency. For an express assessment of the psychophysiological state, the technology of assessing the parameters of a vibroimage was used, special abilities were studied by assessing multiple intelligence.
The results of the study and their analysis. The operational assessment of the functional readiness of professional groups of workers, including those at risk of life, in harmful and dangerous working conditions, is an urgent scientific and practical task for improving the medical and psychophysiological support of personnel in hazardous industries. The higher the functional readiness of specialists, the more likely it is that they will be able to perform their professional tasks with less health damage. The use of non-contact vibration image technology for diagnosing psychophysiological adaptation makes the assessment of the functional readiness emergency rescue personnel truly operational. No single one of the existing “classical” psychophysiological methods will provide such prompt and integral information about a specialist’s PFA. The authors propose a method for assessing the functional readiness of emergency rescue specialists based on the ratio of professional and psychophysiological adaptation classes using a probabilistic nomogram, which allows for analyzing the level of personnel training and making appropriate management and personnel decisions in case of insufficient training.
