Summary. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of paracrine factors derived from stem cells on the dynamics of bone defect repair in laboratory animals, depending on the route of administration.
Materials and methods. The study was conducted at the Animal Diseases Laboratory of the Institute of Experimental Veterinary Medicine of Siberia and the Far East, Siberian Federal Scientific Center of Agrobiotechnology, Russian Academy of Sciences.
Research methods – modeling of bone injury, control of the wound process, cultivation of mesenchymal stem cells, obtaining conditioned medium during their cultivation.
Study results and analysis. The analysis results showed that paracrine factors secreted by stem cells may be promising for further research aimed at developing a drug.
Keywords: bone tissue regeneration, drug, laboratory animals, mesenchymal stem cells, paracrine factors
