Summary. The purpose of the study is to identify the factors that affect the timing of information transmission to the Russian System for Operational Reporting on Emergencies (RSORS) and to find methods that can minimize the loss of time during information transmission from the source.
Materials and methods of research. The study materials include regulatory and methodological documents that govern the procedures for operational response to emergencies, documents from the Russian Ministry of Health, a database of operational reports submitted by territorial disaster medicine centers (TDMC) in 2024, and the results of surveys conducted among TDMC operational duty officers.
Research results and their analysis. The article presents general statistics characterizing the problematic issues of the process of transmitting operational reports by territorial disaster medicine centers in the All-Russian Real-Time System of Operational Reports on Emergency Situations information system. The article proposes ways to improve the efficiency of the All-Russian Medical and Rescue Center’s response by minimizing time losses in the process of transmitting.
