Abstract. The organization of medical triage of patients with suspected COVID-19 before the observation stage is presented. It is noted that medical sorting was carried out in 2 stages. Sorting criteria were determined, according to which all patients were divided into 3 groups, etc. The problems solution that contributed to the successful conduct of medical triage are indicated.
