The main themes of the reports at plenary sessions of the conference are presented: problems of disaster medicine; insurance of preparedness and response in emergency situations; experience of carrying out of medical evacuation of casualties; the main results of the counter-terrorism activity and aid to victims of terrorist acts. The course and the results of the tactical-special exercise “Terrorist act with a large number of victims in city environment”, held within the framework of the conference are discussed.
