FAR EASTER REGIONAL SEARCH AND RESCUE DETACHMENT OF EMERCOM OF RUSSIA: STAGES OF FORMATION, INTERACTION WITH SERVICE OF DISASTER MEDICINE OF HEALTH MINISTRY OF RUSSIA

The history of the creation, formation and development of the Far Eastern regional search and rescue detachment of the Russian Emergencies Ministry is presented. Its structure, the main directions and results of its activity from the moment of creation (1993) to the present time are considered. The interaction of the detachment with the Khabarovsk territorial center for disaster medicine, as well as the participation of medical specialists of the All-Russian Center for Disaster Medicine “Zaschita” in the training of rescuers.
