Представлена балльная шкала, разработанная для оценки готовности территориальных центров медицины катастроф (ТЦМК) к ликвидации медико-санитарных последствий чрезвычайных ситуаций (ЧС). В соответствии с современными регламентирующими документами за основу показателей взяты нормативы для службы скорой медицинской помощи (СМП) и Службы медицины катастроф (СМК). Отмечено, что применение данной шкалы позволяет объективно оценить готовность ТЦМК к работе в ЧС, опираясь на показатели работы в режиме повседневной деятельности.

A scoring scale developed to assess the readiness of the territorial centers of disaster medicine (TCDM) to eliminate the medical and sanitary effects of emergencies is presented. In accordance with modern regulatory documents, the standards for the ambulance service and for the disaster medicine service are taken as a basis for those indicators. It is noted that the use of this scale allows to objectively assess the readiness for work of the TCDM in the emergency situation, relying on performance indicators of their daily activities.
