Summary. The purpose of the study is to develop recommendations for providing first and emergency trauma care to victims on the territory of ski resorts (SR).

Research materials and methods. Research materials – experience in operating ski resorts.

Research methods – methods of observation, data comparison, their grouping, generalization, survey methods.

Research results and their analysis. Currently, the requirements and standards for providing first (by rescuers or ski patrol) and medical care at ski resorts are defined by the national standard of the Russian Federation GOST R 55881-2016 “Tourist services. General requirements for the activities of ski resorts”, developed with the participation of the author based on the experience of operating ski resorts located in Krasnaya Polyana, including during the preparation and holding of the XXII Winter Olympic Games in Sochi and taking into account world experience. However, due to the recommendatory nature of the document, many resorts neglect these requirements.

The recommendations proposed by the author include: organizing the provision of first aid on the territory of the ski resort, organizing the activities of the mobile medical team (MMB) of the ski resort, organizing the activities of the emergency pre-hospital medical care office of the ski resort; organizing the activities of the emergency trauma care office (department) of the ski resort.

Keywords: emergency pre-hospital medical care, emergency trauma care, first aid, injuries, medical care, mobile medical teams, ski resorts
