Summary. The objectives of the study are to analyze the results of the expert assessment of the organization of work of the specialists of the Joint Medical Detachment (JMD) based on the Field Multidisciplinary Hospital (FMDH) of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “State Research Center – Federal Medical Biophysical Center named after A.I.Burnazyan” of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency of Russia, Moscow, Russia as a stage of medical evacuation of victims and specialists of other mobile medical units (MMF) in a complicated emergency situation (armed conflict) and to develop directions for further improvement of their functioning.
Materials and methods of the study. The materials of the study are the data of the expert assessment of the respondents, the performance indicators of the JMD based on the FMDH of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “State Research Center – Federal Medical and Biophysical Center named after A.I. Burnazyan” of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency of Russia in 2022-2024, contained in the medical and accounting and reporting documents of the Field Multidisciplinary Hospital. The statistical data of the study were processed using the SPSS Statistics 23.0 and Microsoft Excel 2010 software packages. Standardized mathematical formulas for calculating statistical reliability criteria were used in data processing. The statistical significance criterion was p < 0.05, which determines the acceptability of the obtained research results.
Research methods – expert assessment method, statistical and comparative data analysis, content analysis of scientific publications, direct observation, comparison, description, systems analysis.
Research results and their analysis. The article presents an analysis of the results of a survey of experts assessing the work of emergency medical service specialists based on the FMDH and specialists of other mobile medical units in providing medical evacuation support in a complicated emergency (armed conflict), identifies key features of the work of specialists in the field, considers problematic issues in organizing emergency medical care for victims, and develops key areas for further improvement of the work of mobile medical units in a complicated emergency (armed conflict).
The results of the expert assessment allowed us to identify, study and analyze the main problematic issues of the functioning of the JMD based on the PMG and specialists of other mobile medical units in the medical evacuation support of a complicated emergency situation (armed conflict) and to substantiate the need for a comprehensive improvement in the organization of the work of mobile medical units and their regulatory, legal, organizational and methodological support.
