The features of the organization of the sanitary aviation system in the Voronezh Oblast are considered. It is noted that since 2015 the Oblast is working on its modernization. Much attention is paid to the economic aspects of sanitary aviation work in 2015–2019 and the development of public-private partnership in this area.
