It is noted that the correct and timely monitoring of both the condition of patients and the provision of medical care, and of the actual conduct of medical evacuation plays an important role in the organization of medical evacuation of victims in emergency situations and choice of the routing. The All-Russian Center for Disaster Medicine “Zaschita ” organized such monitoring, the analysis of the results of which has summarized the opinion of 122 experts in 2018. The answers of experts to the questions posed to them are presented. Conclusions are drawn on the need for further development and improvement of the monitoring system in the interests of medical evacuation of patients and victims.
