A plan of carrying out medical and evacuation actions in the environment of incomplete local armed conflict is presented. The structure of the plan and other issues are considered. It is noted that the main principles of medical and evacuation measures in the conditions of the unfinished conflict are the timeliness of medical care to victims and continuity (sequence) of its provision at all stages of medical evacuation.
