The organization of emergency consultative medical care (ECMC) delivery and of medical evacuation in the Republic of Dagestan is analyzed. The specific features of the Republic are noted, which determine the high need of its population for the provision of the care and in medical evacuation with use of aircraft. A large data sheet is presented about the work of the Department of ECMC and Medical Evacuation of the Dagestan Center for disaster medicine. The problems facing the Center and the Department are considered and the possible ways of their solution are suggested.
