The organization of medical support of mass events is presented. The possible risks during the events implementation are considered. The characteristic of the factors to be assessed during planning and preparation of medical support of mass events is given. The experience is analyzed of specialists of the All-Russian Center for Disaster Medicine “Zaschita” in organization and realization of medical support of mass events held in 2018 in Moscow and other cities of the Russian Federation: all-Russian youth Patriotic forum “I am – Unarmia!”, 2018 FIFA World Cup, etc. A detailed analysis of organization of medical support of mass events of rock festival “Nashestvie” was carried out.
